From the Lab to the Ledger

My career didn't start in a boardroom. It started at a lab bench, with a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry. In that world, everything is grounded in empirical data and first principles. It's a world of deep mathematical rigor, where problems are solved by understanding the fundamental forces at play.

When I moved into the business side of technology, I was struck by a gap. I saw companies with brilliant engineers and world-class technology that weren't dominating their markets. The technical teams had incredible ideas, but they couldn't always connect them to a financial outcome. I realized that to bridge this gap, I needed to become fluent in a new language: the language of finance.

So, I taught myself. I dove into financial modeling, P&L management, and market strategy. What I discovered was that "math is math." The same logical discipline and mathematical prowess that allowed me to solve complex chemistry problems gave me a unique and powerful lens through which to view business strategy.

This realization drove my transition from science to executive leadership. For over a decade at a global leader in detection technology, I took on roles with increasing P&L responsibility—from managing multi-million dollar product portfolios to leading a $500M+ business unit as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. I have lived the challenges you face: integrating acquisitions, optimizing global pricing, and securing nine-figure contracts with the DoD and DHS.

MinoIQ is the culmination of this experience. I provide "Mino Intelligence"—the focused, financially-grounded strategic insight that technical companies need to thrive. I speak the language of your engineers and your investors, ensuring your strategy is not only ambitious but achievable and profitable.

My mission is to translate your technical innovation into undeniable market leadership.
